On Sunday, October 19, Arnhem will host an atmospheric and challenging stage. The day’s program begins at 10:00 a.m. with the Bike Festival on the Market Square, where visitors can enjoy music, activities, and a large screen showing the race live. At 10:45 a.m., the team presentation takes place – a perfect opportunity to see the riders up close before they set off.
At 12:00 p.m., the riders depart from the Market Square, reaching the official start on Zijpendaalseweg at 12:04 p.m. From there, the route features a beautiful and varied 1.7-kilometer gravel section, included in every lap.
The course winds through the lush Sonsbeek Park, past the picturesque village of Schaarsbergen, and alongside the renowned Netherlands Open Air Museum, before returning to the Zijpendaalseweg for the finish.
This unique blend of city park, natural scenery, and cultural heritage makes the stage a special experience for both riders and spectators.
