
No gravel section in NIBC Tour of Holland on Sunday, October 19th in Arnhem
On October 18th, a final inspection of the gravel section took place. This section was part of the final stage of the NIBC Tour of Holland in Arnhem. The inspection revealed that the quality of the gravel in some sections was insufficient to guarantee the safe course of the race, with the entire peloton.
The organizers have decided to remove the gravel section from the course.
The new route is 13.65 km long, while the old one was 15.5 km. Therefore, an extra lap has been added, bringing the total length of the stage to 147.95 km.
Start
The start is at 12:30 PM, and the team presentations begin at 11:00 AM.
Feeding Zone
The feeding zone will be moved to Zijpendaalseweg, 1 km from the finish.
Red Bull KM
The Red Bull KM has been moved to Kemperbergerweg. The sprints for bonus seconds are in:
- Round 7 (after 88.15 km)
- Round 9 (after 115.45 km)
